At MuddyUm we hew to a specific format. As a result it is always obvious when someone hasn’t bothered to read the guidelines. We have developed a library of copy-and-paste responses for use in private notes, which include links to the appropriate article(s), that’s how repetitive it gets. I confess though there are times when I want to scream.

But since no one person is handling it alone so we can be timely and patient. We just have to trust each other is all.
