Anyway I hope I did not offend you. That you write like that without being a non-native speaker is even more impressive. I gave my daughter Gazing at Flowers to read but she read a paragraph and dismissed it as “men writing women.” She’s like that. My daughter does what my daughter does.

We rather have to write women, don’t we? Besides how can anyone grow as a writer unless we write people dissimilar to ourselves?

I changed to Old Quasimodo in order to eliminate confusion. It’s so funny that you changed to Artless Quasimodo seemingly at the same time.

When he wrote about water it was the water of memory. When he wrote about flowers they were the flowers of the Universal Human Condition.
