As a person relativity close to the age when such a consideration might not be pathological, I often wonder what diagnosis would cause me to summon Dr. Kavorkian. I've told a couple of people close to me that if I get to the point of pissing and shitting myself and depending on others to deal with itthey should smother me with a pillow, but I doubt that they could steel themselves sufficiently fir such a rough act of mercy even if it did not entail legal consequences.
