As they say nowadays I feel you. I used to visit there frequently because my brother was locked up in one of Florida’s incredible number of prisons. Now he can’t leave because he’s on probation. His nightmare will end in October, however.
One thing I remember from my year-of-visiting-Florida-a-lot was being in Jerksonville when it was 99F. And like 100% humidity. You could cut it with a knife. I found a Cafe but it was like 55F in there and I had on only shorts and a t-shirt. No happy medium. Now people are dropping like flies down there thanks in no small part to our moron president and that sycophantic governor. My brother is 68. Needless to say he is concerned — to put it mildly.
