Can we train drivers?
My first less would be, if I am at the intersection, stopped, with my foot on the pavement it means that I AM WAITING FOR YOU. Your stopping and waving me on is NOT HELPING.
I realize that it is futile to tell drivers that if everyone pilots their vehicles in a legal and predictable manner we will all be safer. But one can dream.
