New topic, TL/DR: What is it about young men & loud motor vehicles anyway? As if the car ain’t loud enough gotta add the sound system. When electric vehicles become the norm, I suppose the sound system will have to do.

One popular theory is that men who go in for such display fear that they may have smaller than average penises.

Anyway, been there, done that peacockery. Now in these latter days when I’m out on a stoned bike ride I fantasize about having a device that could cause loud motor vehicles to throw a rod*, and the accompanying sound systems to die in a burst of static.

*Does anybody even know what that is nowadays? Cars simply don’t throw rods any more.
