Human general intelligence is the product of millions of years of evolution. It is more like the immune system (also a product of evolution) than like a digital computer.
AI would have to have DESIRES in order to WANT to (say) enslave the human race. Unless AI can HUNGER it can never experience DESIRES.
For these reasons, peebles should stop worrying. Artificial human-like intelligence based on digital computing will never happen.
