I cook some grits and at the same time make 2 sunny side up eggs. It’s important that they have a liquid center. When the grits are done I put in a nice chunk of butter then slide the eggs on top. Then take a knife and slice the whole thing up about 1/2 to 1 inch apart, releasing the egg yoke. Salt & pepper & it’s goo-oo-OOD!
