I don't know how old you are but when I got into my 70s I noticed they are a lot different than my 60s. I was so full of piss and vinegar then! Bicycling all over town in the worst weather. Studying martial arts. Starting (and completing!) all kinds of elaborate projects.
What the fuck happened? I made it a new year's resolution not to be such a weather wimp about bicycling and so far so good. Rode when it was below 40F. Damned if I'll go below 30F though except for short hops. Martial arts did not, for me, survive the pandemic.
I notice when choir singing I have to take way more breaths than I used to. And the stairs of the world got a lot steeper.
