I don't know if it was to you or to some other writer I responded with something like this recently but, here goes.

When I was young I dreamed of becoming a professional musician. That didn't happen but I'm now 73 and retired and it just dawned on me recently: All the things I do regularly IRL that involve other people are musical. I even get paid, occasionally, to sing Gospel.

Dreams can come true, sometimes when you are not looking. God is good.
