I have the same question as another respondent, namely, is there some way to control the length of the blurb? Another way to put it is, what did I do here:

That I didn’t do here (this will require two screen shots. Some are too long even for that.)

Setting aside the question of who is going to bother with all that scrolling in order to see my earlier work, what about, say, flash fiction? As the following screen shot shows, a 50 word flash shows entire in the blurb, meaning that readers can read the whole thing without actually opening it, meaning (if I understand correctly) no reader engagement and therefore no ka-¢hing for my monthly infusion of chump change.
