I practiced Wicca for a long time and can tell you that Wiccans are incredibly blind to this connection with the Nazis. I maintain many friendships from that time and they also refuse to believe what my brother told me after he’d been in prison for a while, namely, that in prison “Pagan” is basically a synonym for “Nazi.”
