I wouldn't get overly worried about Monkeypox, but since there is a vaccine for it, that is, the Smallpox vaccine is ~75% effective against it, which is pretty good when you consider most vaccines are less effective than that and we use them anyway because there are what we got.
The authoritarian takeover of the US is pretty much in the bag though. The future is going to suck.
