I'm 72. It's a lot different from 62. Nevertheless I recently bicycled about 400 miles over 6 days, with a few friend visiting days interspersed so the whole thing actually took 9 days. I wondered at the outset, having not done anything like that in years, if I could still pull it off but still it appears I'm not dead yet.
I was out karaokeing with my daughter and a guy who said he was 52 couldn't believe it when I told him I my age.
