It's a good thing my first wife¹ left me because if she hadn't I'd be broke now and I'm only 74! I am so thankful that I did not spend my life with that woman! My second, to whom I've been married for 34 years, is the real deal. She got me into good habits like saving.

I'm in 3 choirs and street brass band. Some day I will not be physically capable of doing those things but that day will come soon enough. A friend who is in 2 of those choirs is 85 (86?) and I always tell her, "Anne, if I make to 85 I want to be JUST LIKE YOU!" I'm 3rd oldest in the band. We have had an influx of new members in their 20s and 30s which is great because the future belongs to the young. I get around by bicycle, carrying my baritone horn in a backpack.

So I dunno. I go to church every week-- oh yeah, old people, if you are looking for for something to do that involves being with other people and is not too demanding, go to church. If you don't believe in God, find an Episcopal church. That's what I did. They don't care WTF you believe. Episcopal churches tend to have traditional services so it's nice and mellow.

I was going to say something else but I'm talked out.

No woman ever murdered her husband while he was washing the dishes.
