Many of your generalizations I find inaccurate. For example, the older I get, (I'm 72) the more chill I get. Customer service people are just trying to get through their day. They aren't out to get you. They will be much happier, and you will get better results, with patience and politeness. As far as tech goes, the youngs have nothing on me.
