Might not work. They are already joining the “I ain’t gittin no vaccine” camp, formerly the exclusive province of New Age liberals. I used to attend a Unitarian church back in the 00s* and man it was crawling with anti-vaxers. So anyway given that vaccines protect the recipient, self interest might not be the magic key.
