More like they aren’t stupid enough to do so. After November they will need it. If they got rid of it to pass such legislation then in starting November 2022 Republicans would begin undoing everything they had done, assuming they could even do anything with a 50-50 Senate. As we have already seen it just takes one to fuck things up.
