No not just you. Makes me feel uneasy to for the same reason. If the allegation turns out to be for real it will surely be seized upon by racists. My maternal grandparents were super racist and never would shut up about it — that’s why I remember. They never missed an opportunity to seize upon a wrong committed by an individual black person in order to condem black people generally.
