As you say, we need to stick up for ourselves more in the workplace while doing more to take care of our coworkers if we suspect that we ourselves are sick.

One thing I found is that the cotton masks I made are much more comfortable, or less uncomfortable, than the spandex balaclavas I was using to the prevent cold weather induced asthma symptoms resulting from bicycling in cool or cold weather.
