Set up next to an actual coffee roaster & get fresh roated coffee and it won't matter how gigantic the urn, it will be the best coffe you ever tasted. For a graduate course I did a gage reliability and repeatebility study for a goffee roaster. There was always fresh coffee in the lobby & I could barely believe how good it was.
