I had a similar experience giving Medium up for Lent. It helps to have a back catalog.
Little did I know that I would be giving up so many things over the period from February 26 until April 11! That after all is roughly when the proverbial shit hit the proverbial fan, when it got real.
I now hang around the house writing, reading, doing crosswords — no more choir, Aikido, band, etc. The dojo is doing it’s best with Zoom. Aikido with no partner in my library in my PJs. It ain’t the same but it’s not nothing.The band is in the process of assembling a cool video out of mp4s people record at home
which is not as much fun as being together but it’s something. I’m trying to interest Exult Gospel in something like that. And of course we also have Zoomations just to see each other’s faces. *Sigh*. I miss them all so much! On the good side I managed to pull together a ZooMedium
which was small but very cool. Fascinating to see and chat with people I knew from their articles and profile pics. I had a screen shot but I can’t find it now. I have a reasonably cool idea for another one.
Things Get Weird and The History of eR28sEnfOI are officially one story as of Stone. To continue I’m going to have to cook up new characters and a new story line. Stay tuned!
