I originally had a smaller (18" IIRC) Neuton that I bought on Craigslist. The way that came about was that I was getting ready to take my gas powered mower for its yearly tune-up and overhaul when I asked myself WTF I was doing. The cost would be far more than the mower was worth. I looked on Craigslist and there was the Neuton. It crapped out I dunno three or four years later but was no way I was going back to gasoline. I took a breath and brought the EGO brand new at (I think it was) Lowe’s for about $500. It crapped out 4 years later but it came with a 5 year unconditional warranty which they honored. Home Depot sent it to South Carolina or someplace for the repairs. There was no cost to me for shipping or anything else.
