The pandemic made me even more conscious of the need to stay up-to-date on my vaccinations. I've been a flu vaccination guy for years and I can't remember the last time I had the flu but when I was younger it uses to send me to bed for at least a week every year. These things can do you in but as they say nowadays, "We have the technology."
