This would be a good fit for MuddyUm. We accept previously published work, provided it is published on your own feed and not in a publication. But the problem with that for the writer is that our feed is by date, and we get oodles of submissions every day, so it would appear way down the list. Only an article submitted as draft will begin its published life at the top of the feed. So my suggestion is, write a new one and submit it as a draft.
Be sure to read the submission guidelines, including the formatting information. We are very particular about that.
