What I often wonder is, this 30 second rule, are we (still) penalized if someone closes before 30 seconds? On the phone app, it's not unusual for me to accidentally tap a story I have no interest in. Then I feel like I should stick around for 30 seconds, because it's not like I hate the author or something.
