Who does God pray to? That is a more interesting question because then it becomes a story. As humans we make sense of things by telling stories about them. Science, history, religion are all stories. Science is unique because it results in effects in the world which we can repeat and use, so we figure we are on to something there as to the nature of the world beyond our perception of it.
