You can be fooled anyway. Hang on while I publish this then reopen it in the Medium test editor so I can include a couple of picture. Medium hasn't quite slammed the door on pix in responses yet but it's a multi step process.
OK, canned sardines in the oval container. I used to get Vitarozz

but I noticed there weren’t as many actual fish in there as I remembered. So now I get Goya, which are more expensive but the number of actual sardines make up for it.

I use a some of the tomato sauce but there is more than enough in Goya.
