You gave me an idea. What if I were to set up a set of recurring Zoom meetings. I have a Zoom+ account. It's costing me $150/annum. I'm not using it for all that many things, but $150/annum is like 10 bucks a month, and if it took off, and articles promoting it were behind the paywall, it just might pay for itself. Two hour long sessions because who wants to be on Zoom more than an hour anyway, setting "participants can join before host" so I wouldn't have to be there, no waiting room, again so I wouldn't have to be there. Hmm. I'll start by setting up a publication called "The Medium Bull Session." Or something...
