You made me think of my friend who can't figure out how to get email on her phone even though I've walked her through it twice. She's a dear thought that's why I put up with it. However, she's texting now, with her millennial children. Also with me. Which is good because she'll turn her volume all the way down without realizing it then wonder why she can't hear anything.
